رسالة إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة السيد المحترم بان كي مون من المجلس الوطني الأعلى لتحرير الجنوب

المجلس الوطني الأعلى للنضال السلمي لتحرير واستعادة دولة الجنوب-عدن

السيد الفاضل/بان كي مون الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة المحترم
يسعدني في المجلس الوطني الأعلى للنضال السلمي لتحرير واستعادة دولة الجنوب،أن نرفع إليكم هذه الرسالة ونخاطبكم فيها باسم شعب الجنوب،صاحب الدولة الوطنية المستقلة التي ظلت قائمه على الركن الجنوبي الغربي من شبه الجزيرة العربية حتى 22/مايو/1990م باسم دولة الجنوب العربي أثناء وجودها تحت سيطرة الاحتلال البريطاني حتى الاستقلال عام 1967م باسم جمهورية اليمن الجنوبية الشعبية إلى عام1968م ثم باسم جمهورية اليمن الديمقراطية الشعبية إلى عام 1990م والتي زج بها عام 1990م من قبل سلطة الحزب الواحد الذي حكمها بشكل دكتاتوري تسلطي في أتون وحدة سياسية مع جارتها الجمهورية العربية اليمنية في وحدة تعسفية غير متكافئة وغير منهجية في مصادرة صارخة لإرادة الشعب صاحب الحق في تقرير مصيره.
سيادة الأمين العام/ لعلكم تعلمون أن الوحدة بين الدولتين قد فشلت فشلا ذريعا من أول وهلة ليس بعجزه عن تحقيق الآمال التي أعلنت من اجلها بل بسبب عجز السلطة السياسية التي اتفقت على الوحدة على تطبيق الاتفاقيات التي وقعت بينهما، كما عجزت تلك السلطة عن إيجاد حلول سياسية لذلك العجز مما يعني الفشل التام لمشروع ما سمية بالوحدة وهو ما كان يعني بالضرورة عودة البلدين إلى وضعهم السابق .
إن الوحدة قد تحولت بكل أسف عند الطرف الآخر فيها وهو الجمهورية العربية اليمنية إلى غاية بهدف السيطرة على مقدرات شعب الجنوب مما دفعها إلى شن حربا شاملة عام 1994م أدت إلى احتلال أرض الجنوب بالقوة،وهو ما جعلنا في الجنوب نعتبره احتلالا ولا يمكن لنا اعتباره وحدة تحت أي صورة من الصور.
إن شعب الجنوب الذي لم يعترف بالوضع القائم فيه بعد عام 1994م بأنه وضع وحدة ،وقد تعارف عليه بأنه احتلال بل يعتبره أسوى من الاحتلال قد قرر منذ ذلك العام النضال من اجل التخلص منه والعودة إلى استعادة وضعه الدولي المستقل كحق مشروع تضمنه المواثيق الدولية .
من بداية عام 2007م انتظم شعب الجنوب في نضاله بحركة شعبية سلمية متواصلة توسع من خلالها نطاق الرفض الشعبي لواقع الاحتلال،وبسببها يتعرض شعبنا الجنوبي وعلى مدى الأربع السنوات للقمع العنيف والمذابح المتكررة في ظل صمت دولي غير مبرر سقط خلالها أكثر من300 شهيدا وآلاف من الجرحى كان آخرها مجزرة المعلاء في عدن مساء الجمعة تاريخ 25/2/2011م سقط فيها 25شهيدا وأكثر من150 جريحا بينما يتعرض الناشطون الجنوبيون بشكل دائم للاعتقالات والمحاكمات والملاحقات بسبب مواقفهم النضالية السلمية
بتهم الانفصالية في انتهاك صارخ لحقوق الإنسان والمواثيق الدولية لأخرى في ظل صمت المجتمع الدولي عن تلك الجرائم بالرغم من سلمية نضالنا
إن حركتنا السلمية في الجنوب تواجه دوما بالذخيرة الحية والتي يسقط بسببها العدد الكبير من القتلى والجرحى بالرغم من سلمية نضالنا ومن كل المناشدات والتقارير التي تتحدث عن جزء من تلك الانتهاكات وكان المجتمع الدولي لديه معايير مختلفة للوقوف إلى جانب الشعوب التي تتعرض حقوقها للانتهاكات . ولهذا فإننا نطالب سيادتكم بالمطالب التالية:-
1. اعتبار نضال شعب الجنوب نضالا وطنيا من اجل حريته واستقلاله وليس له أي علاقة بما يجري اليوم في المنطقة العربية من موجة تجتاح الأنظمة السياسية مستهدفة التغيير فيها،بل هو نضال تحرري يستهدف الحرية والاستقلال بغض النظر حدث التغيير في اليمن أم لم يحدث وكما تعلم فإن مسار شعبنا النضالي السلمي كان سابقا بسنوات لما يحدث اليوم في المنطقة وربما كان نضال شعبنا السلمي هو ملهم شعوب المنطقة لاختطاط هذا الطريق ولهذا فانه من غير الممكن وغير المنطقي تجاهل نضال شعبنا وتضحياته ،واعتبار نضاله يصب في خانة النضال من اجل تغيير النظام في صنعاء كما يعمل اليوم الأعلام
2. نلح عليكم النظر إلى ما يتعرض له شعبنا في الجنوب من انتهاكات لحقوقه وما يتعرض له من مذابح بشرية في أسوى انتهك لحقوقه الإنسانية باهتمام وبمعيار واحد كما تهتمون بمعانات بعض الشعوب الأخرى
3. إرسال بعثة من الأمم المتحدة لتقصي الحقائق في الجنوب بأسرع وقت ممكن وتقديم ما تتوصل إليه البعثة من حقائق إلى مجلس الأمن الدولي لاتخاذ القرار المناسب بشأنها
4. تقديم قضية شعب الجنوب بموجب هذه الرسالة إلى مجلس الأمن الدولي واستصدار قرار من المجلس يؤكد على فشل مشروع إعلان الوحدة بين البلدين وعلى حقه في تقرير مصيره ،وفقا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة،وإنهاء الاحتلال الذي يئن منه شعبنا.

His Excellency / Ban Ki-moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations

We at the Supreme National Council for the struggle of the peaceful liberation and the restoration of the State of the South are pleased to raise this letter to you and address you on behalf of the people of the South of Arabia that independent state situated in the Southwest corner of the Arabian Peninsula until 22 May1990.

This state was under the control of the British occupation until its independence in 1967 as the Republic of South Yemen roots to 1969 and then as the Republic of Yemen People's Democratic Republic to 1990, which plunged by authority of one-party rule in a dictatorial authoritarian in the midst of a political unity with its neighbour, the Yemen Arab Republic in the unity arbitrary unequal and non-systematic confiscation of gross will of the people's right to self-determination.

The unity between the two countries have failed miserably at first glance not because they failed to achieve the hopes that were declared for it, but because of the inability of political power who agreed to implement the agreements signed between them which caused Political disability that created total failure of the unity project and made it necessary for both countries to return to the past before the unity agreement.

On the other end the unity has turned sadly where the Arab Republic of Yemen started to control the destinies of the people of the South, pushing it to full-scale war in 1994 that led to the occupation of the Southland by force, which made us in the south consider it as an occupation and we can not be considered as a unity under any form of images.

We do not accept this situation after that, but we consider it as more miserable as the occupation.
For this reason we started to liberate our land peacefully and to restore its international status as independent state as it was before to survive our people from this occupation, on the base of the international conventions of the UN.

From the beginning of 2007 enrolled people of the South in their peaceful movement, which popular peaceful continuous expansion, showing the popular rejection and as result of the suffering from the occupation.
Over the past four years of violent repression and massacres repeated under international silence. As result of the committed crimes by the Yemeni regime ware killed more than 300 people and thousands of injuries, most recent massacre in Aden on Friday night on the 25th /02/2011 in which 25 people died and more than 150 wounded, while many activists arrested, prosecuted and appeared on trials.

The Yemeni occupation accused our detainees of separatism in flagrant violation of human rights and international covenants to the other in the international community's silence about these crimes, despite a peaceful movement.

Many appeals and reports were sent to the UN and the international community and the international human rights organisations, but not positively responded. This is why we call upon you to the following demands: -

1. As the struggle of people of the south struggle and nationally for its freedom and independence and has no relationship to what is happening today in the Arab region of wave sweeping political systems targeted for change, but where is the struggle of the liberal aims of freedom and independence, regardless of the change occurred in Yemen, or did not happen and as you know the path of our people struggle peaceful formerly years of what is happening today in the region and perhaps the struggle of our people's existence is the inspiring people of the region to chart this way, and that it is not possible and logical to ignore our people's struggle and sacrifices, and to consider the struggle was in the box to fight for regime change in Yemen is also working on flags.

2. Urge you to look at the suffering of our people in the south of the violations of his rights and his experience of human slaughter in Hiatus violated the rights of the human interest and the standard one, as you care about some of the suffering of other peoples

3. To send a mission from the United Nations fact-finding in the south as soon as possible and provide the findings of the mission of the facts to the UN Security Council to take appropriate decision thereon

4. The issue of providing the people of the south under this letter to the UN Security Council and a resolution of the Council underlines the failure of the draft declaration of the unity between the two countries and their right to self-determination, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, and to end the occupation that groaning from our people.
